Shipping And Delivery Policy

We are a customer focused luxury brand company and to provide a ahaha experience to our customers, ,we have partnered with a very reliable and experienced delivery company. Currently we are delivering in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane, Vasai and Pune. Soon we will start delivering in other cities also and will keep you posted.

At Laorigin, our associate company typically starts manufacturing immediately after receiving order "confirmation" to assure delivery within a short period of 2-4 weeks, depending on the complexity of the product.  Delivery and installation of your luxury items are FREE to your given address. Our delivery partner will ensure safe and on-time delivery and be rest assure that your luxury products are in good hands.

At Laorigin, we will ensure that your luxury furniture or home decor products are fitted and installed as desired by you.

How do I track my order?

Since customer experience is our primary goal, we put our best efforts to deliver your product before or on our promised delivery time. While manufacturing, we may send you messages or emails to update you about your order status. In rare cases, if you have not any communication from us in 10 days, please give us a call on 7666-100-666 or write us at wecare@laorigin.com. You can also chat us through our website to find out your order status.  Currently there is no online mechanism to check the status of your order.

What should I check when the product is delivered to me?

Our products are pre-inspected and quality checked at the workshop before loading to transport vehicle. We send for delivery only after we are fully satisfied about the products. However, please check followings before and after delivery of the product.

For large size products, please check the entrance and dimension of the place where these items would be installed. If items need to be installed at higher than 3 floors, please ensure that the society provides / allows lift services for the products to take them to higher floors

For wall mounted products, please ensure that the area is accessible and the items could be installed easily. Please ensure that you have taken all necessary prior approvals for any drilling etc. that may be required to fix wall items in your apartment / home

Please ensure that the installation is free from insects and there is no possibility of getting damaged due to termites and other insects.

Once the product is delivered and our delivery team leaves your location, we will be able to only honor manufacturing defects and other fair usage breakages as described by the warranty policy.

What if I have received a damaged product?

Our associate manufacturing companies  are highly specialized quality control and some of them have achieved ISO 9000 They ensure that the product is up to our standards, and we double check all products before transportation. However, in case, you receive a damaged product,  please bring it to the notice of the delivery personnel immediately. In case you notice an issue later, please get in touch with us on our customer care number or write to us at  wecare@laorigin.com

Our team will assess the damage and revert within 1-2 days with a solution. We will either take the required corrective measure or replace the piece if required to do so.
